Where skills gaps are identified through the Personal Development Planning process and the host university cannot provide the required training, IBioIC utilises its networks to identify a suitable provider or, if sufficient demand, develop a bespoke course. In addition, IBioIC regularly offer training places to the CTP that are delivered by our collaborating partners which include other Innovation Centres, academic partners and industry contacts.
