"My research experience and its commercial application has been complemented by the training and additional opportunities offered by the IBioIC’s CTP programme. This work would not have been possible without the funding through the IBioIC CTP and we look forward to continuing this successful research "
James Marshall, University of Manchester, 3rd Year IBioIC PhD
"The training provided through the IBioIC-CTP programme is separate from the technical training I have received as part of my PhD but has expanded my knowledge and understanding of the industrial biotechnology world and how to effectively promote myself and my research to different groups."
Alison Hughes, University of Strathclyde, 3rd Year IBioIC PhD

For the love
of beer

It's been a pretty tough year for our students so it was great to be able to get together in the virtual world for the first online IBioIC Student Social on 18th November 2020. With talks from industrial partners, beer tasting with WEST brewery and a Pub Quiz, it proved to be a fun session for our MSc, PhD and HND students.
